We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose beyond delivering the App's stated functionality to you.
The App uses Android app-private internal storage for all mantra data files.
Local backup files (.json format) may additionally be saved to your device's user-visible Downloads folder when you choose to create a local backup. These files are accessible to you and to other apps granted file access on your device; they are not accessible to us.
The App does not use a developer-controlled cloud database, developer-managed account system, or any remote server of its own.
When you initiate a local backup, the App generates a JSON export of your app data and saves it to a location you control (your device's Downloads folder or a destination you select). You may also share this file via the Android share sheet.
When you choose Google Drive backup or restore:

This commitment is structural: the App does not include any advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs.
Your data remains on your device for as long as you use the App. We do not hold copies of your data anywhere.

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information": We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. We will respond to CCPA requests within 45 days.
Regardless of your location, you may at any time delete all data from within the App, uninstall the App to remove all app-private data, or manage any Google Drive backup via your Google Account.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at narsingshah@gmail.com.
All personal data processed by the App resides on your device. No personal data is transferred internationally by us. If you choose Google Drive backup, Google may store and transfer your data internationally in accordance with Google's own privacy commitments.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the Effective Date at the top will be updated. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via an in-app notice or Play Store listing update. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws applicable to the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Where required by applicable data protection law (including GDPR and CCPA), the provisions of those laws take precedence.
